By accessing or using MCPcat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

MCPcat provides analytics and debugging tools for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. We help developers understand how users interact with their AI tools through session recording, replay, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use MCPcat. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use MCPcat for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to compromise or abuse our systems
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

5. Pricing and Payment

MCPcat offers the following plans:

  • Free Plan: Up to 1,000 sessions per month
  • Team Plan: Custom pricing for unlimited sessions
  • Open Source: Free plans available (contact required)

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hi@mcpcat.io for refund requests.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of MCPcat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data collected through our platform is owned by MCPcat.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or abuse our systems. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Service Availability

MCPcat is provided "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific uptime levels. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPcat's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MCPcat harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MCPcat after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Check this page periodically for updates.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York City.
